We have been working with Janice over 3 years trying to find the right home and then selling our current home and she has been so helpful and “Patient” in dealing with us. She sold our home in 2 weeks once we were finally serious about selling.

She found the home I ultimately ended up purchasing, and helped in negotiating the deal to make sure it was exactly what I wanted.

She was ALWAYS pleasant, accommodating to our schedule, and smiling! She handled all the last minute business of the closing very professionally. Because we were not local, she arranged all service and inspection professionals for us ... and continues to be our 'go to' for recommendations! We were very pleased with Janice and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Lake Mohawk area!
